Hello all,
I am 25 and came across this board and think it is fantastic. I am currently about 151(gotta double check tomorrow morning). I started at 170 and just by eating better lost about 20 pounds. I have now started exercising(walking for now) and am wanting to lose more. I can see there is a lot of support here and that is what I need. Especially, when it comes to exercising.

I am really excited I found a place like this.
