Hello to all!
After talking about wanting to lose weight for years, I finally did something about it last month. 4 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I completely cut High Fructose corn syrup from our diet, and I also started walking around the block, which is just about 1/4 mile, 3-4 days a week.
I've lost 4 lbs in the past month! I have a long way to go, though...I have over 100# to lose. I've never been a physically active person, even at "normal" weight. I've successfully lost weight through dieting when I needed to in the past, but never anything of this magnitude.
