Hey everyone. I have lost weight many times but always gain it back .... usually with extra. I need to lose about 65 or 70 pounds and need some support. My husband is a wonderful man but not a health buff (he weighs over 300 pounds) and he doesn't support me when I diet. I can just use some support and friendship. Thanks so much.

You've come to the right place. The support here is just phenominal! And whatever approach you take toward food - calorie counting, low carb, WW, primal - there's a group here that will have so much help and info. Plus the exercise info. I know I wouldn't have made it this far without 3fc and I plan on going all the way to goal and maintaining for life with the help of folks at this site.
