Default One week and two pounds
Hello all, been lurking around here for a while, finally decided to join in.

Somehow I have gained nearly 100 pounds in the past nine years. You'd think I would have done something after 50 or 60, but nope, so here I am

So, I have already lost two pounds in the past week, and I feel committed to go all the way this time. This is the first time in a LONG time that I have managed to stay on a diet for more than three days.

I've lost a good amount of weight twice before, but this time it will be for good!
