Ive been on gain off again trying to lose weight. I was diagnosed with Gestational diabetes when I was 34 and instead of using that as motivation to make some real changes in my life, I let things slide and here I am almost 10 lbs heavier than I was then. Now 6 years later I am ready to try for real. I don't want to end up with type 2.
I started working out and dieting a week ago and have lost 3lbs
