I am new to this blogging stuff. I have been trying to lose weight on and off for past 2yrs. I started at 215. Got to 190 and stuck. Just started Ideal Protein 5wks ago. Lost 11lbs and 10 in so far. But hitting a plateau. Working out 6-7days a week with the Insanity program. Loving that.
Any suggestions with the IP program to get through the plateau (already)?
I don't have any special suggestions for you regarding IP, but in general the key for me is to keep on truckin'! You've done great so far and I think it's very important to keep in mind that as your weight gets lower your losses may get slower...just keep chugging forward!
