Hey everyone! I'm Stephanie, and I just joined today. I turned 30 a couple of weeks ago, and quite frankly, I'm tired of the overweight, lazy, hurting version of myself. I have PCOS, and in December, I'll be marrying an amazing man who loves me just how I am, but who also wants me to be healthy. So here's to the beginning of this journey... again.

Can't wait to become acquainted with y'all!
