I just started my weight loss journey on 4/14, which is when I joined this site.
I decided to start with small, achievable goals and make regular sustainable changes to my lifestyle so I don't go crazy and give up (again)!
I thought it would be fun to start a thread that captures some of the small lifestyle changes we're making every day, so we can track this progress and realize what all these small changes add up to!
I'll start:
4/18- Cleaned out kitchen- got rid of processed foods.
4/19- Gave up soda (including diet soda). Went grocery shopping and bought 10% organics (instead of none)
4/20- Started tracking calories in/ out. Had a 300 calorie deficit!!
