im 28 so we're close in age.
i was thin my entire life without even trying until about 2004. then i started packing on the weight and went from 140 to 220 in 3 years. then for about another year and a half i moped about it and complained.
i started counting calories. i like it because it's flexible and free.
also, weight loss is about 10% exercise and 90% food. ive lost all mine with relatively low amounts of exercise.
p.s. lol at the blob thing. i used to tell my husband i looked like a polka dot.
