yo-yo diet extraordinaire
Hey everyone -- today's my first day here and dieting...AGAIN. I've been big, I've been small and everything in between. I can motivate and lecture anyone on a healthy lifestyle but I fall short with myself. My will power is strong in the beginning but if I plateau, I start to fail. If anyone has any suggestions on an eating plan that is simple and not prepackaged, let me know. Anyone well versed in caloric shifting?
