yo-yo diet extraordinaire
Hey everyone -- today's my first day here and dieting...AGAIN. I've been big, I've been small and everything in between. I can motivate and lecture anyone on a healthy lifestyle but I fall short with myself. My will power is strong in the beginning but if I plateau, I start to fail. If anyone has any suggestions on an eating plan that is simple and not prepackaged, let me know. Anyone well versed in caloric shifting?

I can totally relate I'm a huge yo-yo dieter as well. I've just decided to changed the way I eat for life, instead of just for my diet. I cut out red meat and any kind of pork. I mostly eat veggies and fruits now. I dabble in some chicken or fish from time to time to keep protien at high amounts. Also I eat lentils. Sooo good lol...anywho Welcome! I'm new as well. So far theres great support. Good luck with your goal!

Thanks -- You're right, it should be a change for life. I thought I was untouchable every time I reached my goal. lol Dead wrong.
