You are certainly not alone when it comes to having slip ups; a lot of us here are in the same boat. The important thing is not to let the slip ups ruin all of your progress. Rather, after you slip up, immediately get back on track. The slips will not matter in the least bit in the long run if you don't let them ruin all you have worked for. So, start with you plan and do your very best to follow it completely. But, if you backslide a little, do not give up--keep going!
