I'm really need help and don't know what to do. I wanna lose weight and try buying healthy food but end up not eating it. I then decide to eat all of the bad stuff. I am 27 and currently on two high blood pressure medicines. I scared and don't wanna lose my life at an early age
I Feel The Same Sade Even Though I'm 10 Years Younger. I've Been Big All Through My Teens And I Dont Want To Reach My 18th And Be Pushing The 300+ Mark. If i carry On They Way i am i wont even see My 21st . The People On here Are Really Friendly And We Are All In The Same Boat Soo We Will Support Each Other. xx
i know how ya feel about not liking healthy foods take veggies for example> i hated them. They say it takes 30 days to make something a habit. After about a month and a half of eating right, it got much easier to eat better and the results you see make it even easier! You guys can do this! You just gotta jump on the wagon and go! and ask advice, read and learn about eating habits and let us here on 3fc to help with anything we can! Good luck ladies and i wish you the best!
I agree - you just gotta do it! Start slow, add a veggie to each meal, change out one unhealthy habit for a healthy habit and stick to it. It has been 3 years since I have had a soda and I literally stopped cold turkey. The will comes from within!
