Hi Jenkatt! You will like it here, the people are immensely helpful and well educated. Look through the Goal section of the boards for an immediate idea of what others have accomplished. If you're anything like me, you'll almost be ashamed that you thought your goal was so hard.
My immediate piece of advice? Remember that only you can take control of your weight loss and health goals. Only you can decide what to eat and when, when to exercise, how much effort you want to put in to it. You have to figure out a plan that works for you. No one can "make you" eat healthy or adopt healthy changes. But, we sure can help!
