Hi all!! Newbie here. I am currently on the South Beach diet, and in about a week and a half I've lost 6lbs! I am trying to lose the baby weight (from 3 years ago!) and get fit/toned. My husband and I have 2 trips coming up (courtesy of Wheel of Fortune) and I want to get in shape before then. We are going to Alaska the last week of August, and Hawaii in October
Looking forward to trying out new recipes, meeting new friends, and of course losing the weight!
