Hi, Tomorrow I am starting a volumetrics type plan based on the book I read The Diet Denominator.

DD ~ I haven't heard of that particular book, but there is a Volumetrics thread here somewhere; you can do a search for it with the search function above ... I use some of the ideas from Volumetrics myself and find them very helpful. I esp love to roast lots of veggies and use them in soups or lunches and other meals too.
