Hello All!! Super nervous about posting, but here I am... After crusing thru a million weight loss websites I found 3FC n I knew I was home. There's so much support here it's amazing.
I'm Linda......Really ready to get busy on losing my unwanted weight. Have tried in the past, but don't think I have been truly serious until recently getting a new camera. The horrror of seeing myself in photos........Ahhhhhh!!! Thanks in advance for the support! Xoxo

You might look into joining a support group or Challenge to meet people who share common interests or plans. I'm in several myself and we are always happy to have new people join in.

Welcome! I have been a member for a while and thsi website was one of the keys to my weight loss. After a move and another injury while rehabing my other one, I gave up. Worst mistake ever! Now I am back and serious about staying on track since I gained back everything and an extra 20 pounds!

I hope all of you new members find the support and motivation on here that you need, because you will need it!
