I am new to the forum. 2 years ago I lost 40 pounds through diet and exercise. I've gained 15 back and am working to lose it again! I work out 6 days a week and follow the South Beach Diet most days. Im 33 years old, female, and weigh 165 and I'm 5'6, I wear a 10 jeans but am looking to get down to an 6 or 8. I have had 2 c sections and despite daily running still have jiggly tummy that only surgery can fix. Blame it on bad genes
