Hi everybody! I stumbled on this forum through a google search. I've been a little overweight for most of my life. After my having my son 19 months ago, I reached 250lbs. I tried some pills and lost about 15lbs but gained some back. About two months ago I clicked on a link to the EODD diet and got motivated to lose the weight at 223lbs. I've lost 25lbs so far! I'm finnally fitting into some of my old clothes. I still want to lose another 30lbs or so. That would put me at a healthy 168lbs. I'm 5'7" so that's a good weight for me. The lightest I've been is 173lbs and that was very confortable for me. I think a little less would be great.
