I am going to start with the Prism weight loss program. I did this a few years ago, it has support groups but I haven't found one close to me, I did when I first did it and it really seemed to help a lot-having the accountability of a weekly meeting. I also am back to walking at least 30 mins everyday, well almost every day. the program is a bit restrictive, but it stresses eating real foods, not processed and eliminating the white stuff at the beginning, sugar, flours, etc. I need to write down what I eat or I eat way to much and not the right stuff.
