Okay well. I'm Jamie.. i'm 23 going on 24 this year I'm currently at about 212. Last year when i started to pay attention to my weight i was 225.
I'm sorta following the LA weight loss, my mom went to it and never used it.. stupid i know, so i took her books! I'm not really noticing a difference, but i'm having a hard time to try and stay consistent. I forget to eat certain things or just do not get enough.
Does anyone else feel like they are just happy being on a healthier way of life? I dont think of it as a diet, i think of it as "wow im eating alot of veggies!! and fruit!!! this is great"
Is anyone else out there not really following anything too much and just trying to cut back portions and eat alot more veggies and fruit? Cutting out all of the garbage, like chips, chocolate..etc I've also been trying to get some exercise in there too.
me and the hub have a plan where we make points, if we work out on the ellyptical its say 6 points if we walk our dog for 20 mins its 3 points... etc and when we get to say 100 points we go for a movie or if i get there and he doesnt he buys me a bit of fabric or if he gets there and i dont i buy him a ps3 game..
I know my post is kind of random and all over the place. But if people have any suggestions for me/us that will add to our little "plan" please let me know!! There is alot of people on here who have done some AMAZING challenges!!! if they can give us tips on what helped them through the weight
