Don't beat yourself up about it, Maggie. It happens to everyone. Yesterday I ate 2 brownies. :P But I find that I make poor choices less and less, and you will too. It just takes time.

I have a calender in my room that I record my weight on every Saturday. When I make a poor choice, I write it down on the calendar so I can see it every day. Not to dwell in my mistakes, but to to put things into better perspective. I see a lot more clear dates than marked dates, which means that I've had many more good days than bad days. Sometimes I think "Wouldn't it be awesome if I could go a whole month without a single poor choice marked down?". It's a good motivator.
