Welcome aboard. It sounds like you know all of the keys to weight loss you just need to find yourself again. Each day for me is just that, another day. Sometimes I am very good and sometimes I am not but the most important thing for me to keep repeating to myself is "don't quit". I have lost, gained, lost some more and gained again and more.
