Hiya, I'm Reena, Ive lost about 4st on the cambridge diet, got about a stone left, really finding it hard, cant cope with diets anymore with 3 little ones so trying out the Paul Mckenna techniques! Gotta relax and stop bingeing and dieting, constant yoyo cycle!
Hoping for some support and advice, forum looks really helpful, if anyone else is doing PmcK and needs a support buddy, would love one myself
