Hormones, Other Stuff, and Losing Weight!
Hey, everyone!
I completely need motivation to lose this weight.
I was always involved in sports and athletics throughout school. Then, I got older and married, and everything else. My highest was 266, and now it's at 243.
A year ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, and recently, realized I have an Estrogen Dominance.
So now, on medication and hormones, I need to lose this weight! I count my calories on livestrong.com/thedailyplate, and am trying to exercise more. I'm 5'9.
So I'm looking forward to this goal, and hopefully can get my motivation here!
