Hi!
I'm 22 years old and a single mom. I was in a bad relationship and unfortunately gained close to 30lbs really quickly at the end of it, right before I got pregnant! On top of that, I gained baby weight and I have been in university (and completed it!) while being a single mom and have eaten my stress away! I am currently 50lbs lighter than when I was 9 months pregnant but that has not been due to my diet, I think it just came off naturally. I started dieting this past week and cut my calorie intake from about 2600-2800 calories a day (I'm estimating) to 1500 a day! I have lost 5lbs this week and am aiming to lose about 45 more!
