Newbie... at the beginning of her journey
Hi everyone,
Scottish lass who is a wee bit shy but wanted to say hello!
Six weeks into my plan to get fit, healthy and lose weight... so far I have dropped 11lbs and feel I'm doing pretty well. Focussed on cutting out all junk food and eating better and introducing exercise into my daily routine. Some days feel great, other days... get a bit cloudy!!!
37 years old with two kids 12 and 9 looking to share the journey with other folks who want chat and support each other and keep the motivation high.
