Hi everyone,

Scottish lass who is a wee bit shy but wanted to say hello!

Six weeks into my plan to get fit, healthy and lose weight... so far I have dropped 11lbs and feel I'm doing pretty well. Focussed on cutting out all junk food and eating better and introducing exercise into my daily routine. Some days feel great, other days... get a bit cloudy!!!

37 years old with two kids 12 and 9 looking to share the journey with other folks who want chat and support each other and keep the motivation high.

Would love to hear from anyone who feels like they would like to get in touch!

Congrats on the 11 LB weight loss !! That's amazing !!
This is a great place to come for support and a great place to be able to vent and talk about what you're going through w other people who are going through the same thing !
I myself don't have any kids and can't imagine trying to lose weight having children of my own...it must be more difficult ! Hats off to you !
