Hello all!!!

I lurked all day yesterday, reading posts, admiring the support this forum has to offer. It was an easy decision to sign up!

I've started the weight loss on my own, but it's the sticking to it I'd love to have some buddies with to tell me "c'mon, get up lazy bum, time to go to the gym". I have bad knees (although nothing weight related), so the elliptical is my #1 love. I really feel that this forum is for me!
