Hello all!
Hello!! I'm Erin. I started the weight loss journey again for the "i lost count along time ago" time. I am actually no on a diet, but trying to change my way of life to be a more healthy person! I am getting married on October 9th and have a goal of 40 pounds before August! It's gonna be tough and scary at times, but I am determined to be a new person by the time I get married, and look great walking down the aisle is a gladly accepted bonus.
Just so you all know where I stand I'm 25, 5'7" and 244.5 pounds as of last friday. I won't weigh in until this friday. I started out on Monday February 1at 250.5 pounds, so in 2 weeks of weighing in i've lost 6 pounds. I am in a biggest loser competition at work and with my family!!!
I have been slacking a lot on going to the gym with the nasty weather and being sick. I need to get my booty back in there though. I miss it.
Thanks in advance for the encouragment and advice that is already obvious from reading some posts.
