Just thought I would start by saying hi, hi.
I have gained weight in the last year or so. Some of it is from stress, some. I think has come from just getting a little older and not adjusting and some has been from me not taking care of myself, like so many moms do.
No more. I need to stop this before it gets worse. Around two years ago, I weighed 117 and now I am 156, according to yesterday's scale....It could be worse, and I am glad I am taking control of this before the number goes up anymore.
I am planning on counting calories and hope to get many more tips from all the other chicks on this site! lol
