Hello everyone I've decided the best way to stick to my goals is to chat with people with similar aspirations. I'm 19 and I've been over weight almost my whole life. I just never cared enough or had the motivation to stick to exercising. Somewhere recently I found the motivation to get in shape! I've deicided to go to the gym and do cardio 5-6 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours.
It's going to be tough but I'm going to stick to my goals this time! it may sound silly but my ultimate goal is to be able to get my belly button pierced and not be afraid to show it off! :]
