I don't post much, but hope you find the support you need.Sounds like you have a handle on losing.I'm older,so this is gonna be it for me.Hoping to stay with eating healthy & lose slowly.I've had too much of the good food

....so now I need to eat less & eat slower.
I'm trying for 20pd goals......seems more doable.Good luck.
I prefer achievable mini-goals to help me get where I am going successfully; I was hoping by the end of January to weigh in 10 lbs lighter at 159.2, but the initial pounds do come off very quickly, so I might have to set that a little higher. Normally for me 2-3 lbs/week would be fine.
I'm pretty familiar with nutrition and exercise and know what I need to do, so for me more than anything the need is moral support.
