Attempt #2

  • Hey 3FC..
My first time on 3FC I was 240 and I went down to 219!!!!
That was once upon a time because now I am back at 240 and I am in definite need of help from EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!
This is my current drive to finish this exhaustive journey once and for all!!!
----> I REFUSE TO CONTINUE ON BEING HEAVY THROUGHOUT THE REST OF MY 20'S. I am 22 years old and I have always been a heavy girl and I feel like this is something I can and should change for me!!!
----> I WANT TO ALWAYS BE THERE FOR MY SON AND FAMILY
----> I WILL BE GRADUATING COLLEGE SOON AND HEADING OFF TO LAW SCHOOL AND I CANNOT BE COMFORTABLE BEING OVERWEIGHT AND UNHEALTHY

What makes my journey difficult for myself is that I over eat soooooo much especially SWEETS!!! I don't have a sweet tooth, but rather a sweet mouth!!!!

I truly look forward to coming back to 3FC and finally kicking this journey in the butt.

Thanks for all your future support!!! (fingers crossed)
  • Welcome back! You can make this happen.
  • Hey JusHavetoTry - for the second time!

If sweets are non-negotiable for you, you can find a plan that allows you to work them in in moderation...or if you can't control them and need to cut them out, rest assured that while the first few weeks are rough, it does get easier!

You know your way around, so jump right back in and keep posting. Can't wait to hear more from you soon!
  • Thanks guys!! I will definitely keep ya'll posted!!!!
  • Hi Jushave2try!
Many of us here have lost only to gain it back (and sometimes more!) -sounds like you're back on track and ready and able to get it done (how smart to do so at your age-wish I had)- the support you need is here - we'll all be here to cheer you on.

Glad to have you back with us! You'll be a wonderful addition to any of the many forums - maybe the 20 somethings would be of interest. There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a few months myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of going off track or giving up. It has made all the difference in my success so far.

So welcome back - you're in the right place - jump back in by inspiring us and being inspired!

All the best - good luck with your goals,
    Lee
