I'm new here! I'm really trying to work this year on many things that I have been struggling with.... my weight being one of them. I'm hoping that this site will help me. I've already read a lot of entries and have been inspired so I feel great.
I am in a contest with about 10 women from my work who are all very determined to kick their new year off right. We're beginning a challenge beginning Jan. 4th and ending June 7th. Help me stay on track!!
