My name is Annie, and I’m new here
Currently I’ve been dieting for three weeks, and I’ve lost 4 pounds. Well, it might be more, because I’ve only weighed myself once, and that was after the first week. Christmas was rough on me food wise (by choice and peer pressure, of course
), so I’ve decided to postpone the next weigh-in until New Years Eve.
Soooooo, what have I done so far? I’ve joined a gym and started a diet. What more can one person possibly do in three weeks? Beats me
Oh. Yeah. And I got a new sports bra. Grew out of the old one. Sad, but true.
My diet is low-everything; low salt, low fat, low carb, low sugar. Well, no sugar really. And only good-carb. So really only low in salt and fat, but still, Low-Everything-Diet is a more catchy name, me thinks.
I’ve now introduced myself, and now I shall continue on with reading what ya’ll have been writing here – thank you!
