I'm new here too and exercising will be my biggest hurdle. When I get home from work I just want to sit. I've starting changing my diet, and I have already noticed a small difference with my energy level. Switching to complex carbs and cutting out simple carbs has really helped me with the ups and downs too. Exercise will come after I get this under control. Maybe a similar approach will work for you?
