Hi everyone
I am just starting my diet as of tomorrow morning. I am currently 187lbs I would love to be like 145. I want to lose the weight for good this time.I have tried so many diets and just didn't stick to them. I have just recently stopped drinking soda and its been so hard. I am a big soda drinker and my biggest problem is I love to eat, not juke food really but I love to eat big meals. I know that I am so ready now to lose this weight Im so determined that I WILL DO IT!!! I found this sight and thought it was perfect for me to get the motivation from people who are like me and need help from friends!
