Hi! I a new and not new LOL. Have been a member here for a long time however until I was diagnosed with borderline T2 Diabetes I hadn't done much about my weight.
Almost 3 years later, I have lost 91 pounds and I exercise 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I could barely do 3 minutes, 3 days a week when I first started on my stationery recumbent bike almost 3 years ago. Today I go 12.5-13.5 miles a day and can bike at a resistance of #3 for 45 minutes. My goal is to get to an hour a day by January.
I feel better, I look better and I know I will live longer to enjoy my 2 year old granddaughter. I am also off ALL diabetes medication!
