A few years ago I was on here on and off, and got to goal weight. Unfortunately I piled the weight back on after burning myself out completely, and have been trying to get back into good habits on my own which hasn't worked. So I've finally gathered enough motivation to lose the weight, and this time I know I have to take it slower and learn a healthy lifestyle that I can actually maintain.
