Hi All

A few years ago I was on here on and off, and got to goal weight. Unfortunately I piled the weight back on after burning myself out completely, and have been trying to get back into good habits on my own which hasn't worked. So I've finally gathered enough motivation to lose the weight, and this time I know I have to take it slower and learn a healthy lifestyle that I can actually maintain.
Really looking forward to getting to know you all and taking part in the challenges and discussions

Glad to have you back with us! And don't feel like the Lone Ranger - most, if not all of us, here have been there, done that - the point is that we're here now and refuse to be defined or defeated by our past!

There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a short time myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or discouraged, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of cheating or giving up.


So welcome back -get back in the swing of things and join in by inspiring us and being inspired! YOU CAN DO THIS!
