I'm twenty-three years old and I've put up with being thick since I was seven. I done diet after diet but I always relapse and wind up back where I started from or worse. So here I am today joining this site and as of tomorrow joining a roller derby team here in my city. So if anyone has any information on what i can do to gear me up for roller derby feel free to help me. It would be greatly appreciated!!! ^_^!!!!

I could calories and do a exercise DVD's which have had good results for me. Look at all the success stories and before and after photos also and see plenty of people who haven't had success in the past have managed to get to their goal weights They are such an inspiration
