Default Lets Do It!
Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you guys why im here. Im 19 years old and i've been overweight for the past 4 years. Its all because of all the good food out there! Now that I am a college student and i find that fast food is always convenient because i can just grab it and go makes it so freaking hard to lose weight! So thats the reason why im so happy to join this site and get all the encouragement i can get for me and ALL of us to reach our goal weight and keep it that way! I would love to hear and read everyones success stories so i can get some tips from you guys because i have a feeling im going to need all the tips i can get! Im always talking about losing weight and it never happens so im hoping to actually talk the talk and walk the walk! So i hope that i get to hear from you guys soon! Have a splendid day

Hi jlusion, you will deffinately find great support here! I'm new here as well, after I started my program about two weeks ago I have been reading posts here to help stay motivated.
