Hi I am a 29 yr old woman. I am married with 2 children. Before I had my kids I was 145 lbs. I am wanting to be that again. If anyone has any ideas or tips please let me know.
There are a lot of great people here who have accomplished exactly what you are wanting to do. I think a great start would be to read over some of the success stories on the forum. Then you can do some research into the various plans and what you think will work for you and your lifestyle.
There are lots of support forums, including a great one for those needing to lose 100 lbs or more. Even though I don't fall into that category I often read that support forum because there are some very inspiring people who post there. It's just amazing to me how many posters here have succeeded in shedding a significant amount of weight. Their advice is valuable for all, even for those who have less weight to lose.
Know that you CAN do this. Remember that every journey begins with a single step. And you have already taken that first step by joining us here at 3FC!
