well ive seen many people with this and it looks cool i just dont know how to put it on? help please.....

Err, I believe she's asking about the ticker .. um. Yeah.

Anyway, I honestly wish I knew. I know that you must be here twenty days and have a certain number of posts- then the instructions should be available.

You have to be a member for 20 days, and contribute 20 posts. After your 20 days are up, you will have the option to change your signature in User control panel.

Yup, after a while, you can go into "User CP" and make a weight loss ticker.
