how do you get the weight loss time line?

well ive seen many people with this and it looks cool i just dont know how to put it on? help please.....:o

Anyway, I honestly wish I knew. I know that you must be here twenty days and have a certain number of posts- then the instructions should be available.

You have to be a member for 20 days, and contribute 20 posts. After your 20 days are up, you will have the option to change your signature in User control panel.

Yup, after a while, you can go into "User CP" and make a weight loss ticker.

Click on Quick Links at the top of this page and scroll down to sig weight tracker this will give you complete instructions.
