but am looking to get back on..I started SBD in June at 174 and found myself down to 154 in July. However, i did slip up these past two months, (think bbqs and family outings!) but im looking forward to getting back on track. Right now i seem to be steadying at around 158-160, still looking to lose about 20lbs. But, that's why i came to support from my fave dieters!! Good luck girls, tims to get the ball rolling.
