Hi everyone! I am new here and I am truly a sugar addict. I eat so much candy, cookies, and baked goods through the day. I can see the wicked pattern I have created, I eat sugar to treat the highs and lows that I am creating in my body by eating it in the first place.
I am a super busy SAHM of 4 kids with 3 being aged 3 and under. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and instead of losing any weight I have gained due to my destructive eating habits. I gained 30 pounds in my pregnancy and I wish to return back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I realize that this time I am going to need the support and help of others who are also on the path to become healthier individuals.
Yesterday I actually ran a mile on our treadmill. Yes....one mile. It took me 18 minutes but I did it. I am very proud of myself!! Exercise will be a challenge with having a newborn and my other children but I know I have to make it a priority in my life, sleep deprived or not
I look forward to getting to know others on this board and giving and receiving support to get to those goals!!!
