Default Hi Everyone!

Hi everyone! I am Dani!

I am hoping to be able to come to the 3fc forums and get tons of much needed support (or kicks in the butt) to get me to my goals!

A few facts about me:

I am a college student. This means many liquid calories, plus dorm food, and 24 hour delivery...plus lots of hw and 'no' time to workout.

I gained weight after a particularly negative life experience, and am really hoping to find myself again...I know I am hiding somewhere in this body!

I am a vegetarian, but I avoid vegetables. (no good!)

Current weight: 170, which is also my highest EVER
Lowest Weight: 6lbs 8 ounces...I mean 128
Goal Weight: 130-135 (or anything lower than 170)

Thanks for coming to 'meet' me, please share any valuable advice you can! I need it all!

Dani

Welcome to 3FC...im newbie to the site as well, but not to losing weight. The best advice i can give you is to plan, plan, plan. When you have a moment sit down and plan what your going to eat. It only takes a few minutes and it will keep you on track!

I keep a food journal and write down everything i eat when im losing weight. (just recently started agian) and it does help.

Thats what has worked for me in the past Good Luck to you

Hello, Dani, and welcome to the forums. I'm a newbie here and to dieting as well. I agree with what misspriss78 said. I have a journal and it is invaluable.
