after lurking around the boards for quite awhile i decided to join the community.
I`m a former fatty person who lost 40kgs and had a bad experience with undereating and overexercising

but despite all of these problems i have never lost my new found love for fitness and healthy eating so, having found such a friendly and helpful commnity i couldn`t help but join you guys and hope that you can help me in this journey in the world of working out, eating healthy and just being happy about with myself.
