Default Looking for help to get down this long, long road

Sorry Nicole, I put my introduction in the wrong spot! I've never been on a site like this before so please forgive my ignorance.

Hi! I'm Crystal. I just turned 50, and have been on this journey since last fall. This is far from my first journey down this road.
So far I've lost 82 pounds. I'm getting pretty good with the food challenges, but since I still have about another 100 pounds to go, I'm finding my motivation for the exercise is getting weaker.
I also find I'm having problems with all the attention my weight loss is getting.
I know I sound like I'm whining, but I was hoping maybe others can relate and might have some suggestions to keep me going.
I know from past experience that these issues can keep me from my ultimate weight loss goal.

on your loss so far! Keep at it, it IS worth it.

For me - the health benefits of finally kicking those extra lbs. to the curb have been sooooo worth it!

Thanks! This is where it gets tough for me. Thought maybe sharing with others would help someone else and renew my motivation.

Proof is in the pudding in your case! You have already accomplished so much. As fall is upon us, just try to find activities that you are going to be able to stick with. I really hit the gym hard and go on long walks as much as I can.

Hi Crystal!

I'm going to suggest that you have a look in the 100 lb threads. There are friendly posters there who understand the challenges associated with such a long journey. And they are wonderful and welcoming
