hi im a newbie i think i have tried every diet and diet pill on the planet, always manage to lose the weight thats the easy bit but will it stay off no thats the hard bit. never mind here i go again.

Maybe it's time to try a different approach. No quick fixes or diets. Maybe try something you can do for life that fits your lifestyle. For me, it is counting calories..fairly simple and flexible. Welcome and i agree..calorie counting is the only way ive managed to keep my weightloss from creeping back on. That and exercise!

thanks for the replys, thats what i plan to do this time, lost a lot of weight three yrs ago and i have managed to keep most of it off but its creeping back on so time to nip it in the bud now. im following a low gi at the min as this seems to work for me. thanks again for the support.
